Tikiboo has 30% off the entire site including sale items (this offer does not include Gift Vouchers or Pre-orders) If there is something that you want we do not recommend waiting as it will sell quickly and you may miss out!

Discount will be automatically added at checkout for the 30% off all weekend but please ensure you enter the correct code for the individual offers. If the discount doesn't apply use code BOX30

Please ensure you input the discount code correctly and do not proceed with a transaction until you are 100% sure it is correct. We cannot add codes after a sale has completed and nor can we refund the difference of what the discount should be. By proceeding with the transaction you agree to the price stated at the point of checkout.

The discounts are only applicable on the dates specified (26th & 27th December 2019), and any items purchased before or after these dates are not eligible. We could not backdate any discounts or refund customers if an item was purchased outside of these dates

All orders are final. Due to volume of sales we cannot cancel or make amendments to any orders on sale days so please be careful when selecting sizes and inputting addresses! Any incorrect orders will need to go through the standard returns procedures as our warehouse will not allow any amendments through this busy period. You are still able to exercise your statutory rights to cancel the order, but this must be done by returning as per our returns policy. Your order will be refunded upon receipt of the returned goods. 

Please be considerate to others by not ordering multiple sizes in items that you know are going to be returned, if in any doubt ask a member of our Customer Services team.

Please refrain from bulk ordering to sell online or in shops; we reserve the right to cancel your order if we suspect suspicious activity. If this is something you wish to do please go through our wholesale application channels.

Discount is strictly subject to availability and cannot be used to pre-order any out of stock items.

Discounts can be added by selecting "View order summary" This will allow you to check the order thoroughly prior to purchase and then you can enter the code here in the discount box.

Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

You cannot use a discount code on top of an applied discount. Including TikiPoints or any other offers. If you wish to use one of the hourly offers you must override the standard discount with the code provided.

You cannot combine postage on multiple orders. Please order them together and please refrain from contacting customer services asking for orders to be merged. Orders will be sent in order of the transaction and will ship individually.

Please note free postage is only applicable to orders over CA$43.99, if a discount reduces the price to under CA$43.99 then this will be charged standard postage rates, and this is non-negotiable.

Due to the speed of sales and our system updating some items may sell out. If this happens, you will be contacted by customer service and offered a different model at the honoured discount price paid or a refund.

Please allow extra time for shipping. We endeavour to get all orders out as quickly as possible, but there may be slight shipping delays due to the volume of sales. Our team are working through the weekend to dispatch the orders so if you receive a dispatch notification on Saturday please be aware these will not leave our premises until Monday.
