My name is Lucie Colt and I have a massive sweet tooth! I am definitely partial to a chocolate bar or two, I mean who isn’t! But being so dedicated to my health and fitness goals I often look for alternatives to satisfy my cravings whilst staying on track.
Here is my favourite chocolate protein mug cake recipe I highly recommend that you try…
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 2 squares dark chocolate
- Splash of semi-skimmed milk
Mix the protein, cocoa powder and milk together in a mug until it forms a thicker paste. Add in the dark chocolate and microwave for 1 minute!
Serve with berries, greek yogurt or if I have room for a treat I sometimes serve it with 50g Carte Dior Light ice cream.
