Tikiboo Interviews Lucie Colt:

  • Hi Lucie! You have been a sponsored athlete with us for a couple of months now, tell us a little more about who you are and your fitness philosophy…

Hi everyone! I’m Lucie Colt; I am 26 years old and an Online Personal Trainer from London. I specialize in training women as I have a passion for helping them achieve their goals. I love empowering women whether their focus is for their appearance, health or confidence based. I love to spend time with my friends and my Chihuahua Romeo! I hope I continue to grow as a person and expand my knowledge to be able to bring more information to women all around the world!

  • What have you been up to lately?

I have been working on a new e-book and have a couple of projects and opportunities up my sleeve for next year so keep an eye out! Working hard, training hard!

  • What are the common questions you get asked by your clients or potential new clients?

Without a doubt I will always come up against the question around carbs, and whether lifting weights will make women bulky! My answer is always the same… DO NOT CUT CARBS! And NO, lifting weights will NOT make you bulky! I think what we need to understand and promote is that you do not need to cut out specific food groups in order to achieve your goals, I believe in balance!

  • What is your current training regime?

I work out usually 5 days a week – which includes weight training and cardio. I like to mix up my weight sessions with strength and hypertrophy training, with dominance on HIIT cardio but I do enjoy the occasional LISS session.

  • What is your daily diet like?

Breakfast: Usually protein oats! My current favourite combo is 40g oats, 1 scoop cookies & cream whey, dash of cinnamon, 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter & 1 teaspoon reduced sugar raspberry jam!

Snack: Quest bar, berries or nuts.

Lunch: Tuna & whole-wheat pasta or Chicken, rice and salad, omelette & salad.

Snack: Greek Yogurt or a protein mug cake.

Dinner: Meat/Fish with vegetables.

Thank you so much Lucie!
