Drink Yourself Lean

Hi everyone!

I wanted to go over a topic today that I try and drum into my clients weekly… YOU NEED TO DRINK MORE WATER!

Fact: Hydration increases the body's ability to burn fat - so get sipping! I would advise you to drink a glass when you wake up and then continue to drink 2 - 3 litres per day – even more depending on your body composition (I personally drink roughly 4 litres a day!!) This may seem like a lot but trust me it really will help your body to lean out!

There are other benefits to drinking lots of water, which include:

  • Healthier skin
  • Healthier teeth and bones
  • Healthier joints
  • Improved digestion
  • Reduces fatigue
  • Suppresses appetite
  • Increased fat metabolism

Top tip: Replace your Starbucks latte with 3 cups of green tea per day! This will help your body burn even more fat! (I personally like to add fresh lemon into mine to add more taste!)
